Service Description:

Service Levels:
The Service Provider commits to achieving the performance targets detailed in Schedule B, including response times, resolution times, and uptime percentages.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall perform the services with due care and diligence, in accordance with industry standards, and in compliance with applicable UK laws and regulations.
Client Responsibilities:
