Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Consulting Ltd.

Client: ABC Enterprises Ltd.

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver professional consulting services related to business process optimisation, as detailed in Schedule A of this Agreement.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of £10,000, payable in accordance with the schedule set out in Schedule B, upon completion of the services or as otherwise specified herein.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

The Service Provider shall perform the services diligently and in accordance with industry standards, adhering to all applicable UK laws and regulations.

Governing Law:
