Sample Independent Contractor Agreement (UK)

Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Consulting Ltd.

Client: ABC Corporation Ltd.

Scope of Work:

The Service Provider agrees to perform the services specified in Schedule A attached hereto, in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of £X per hour/day/month, payable within 30 days of receipt of an invoice, as detailed in Schedule B.

Responsibility of the Service Provider:
