Site Description:
The construction work pertains to the land located at 789 Construction Street, London, or such other property as may be designated in subsequent agreements.
Scope of Works:
The Contractor shall undertake and complete construction works including, but not limited to, building, installing, and finishing as detailed in Schedule A attached to this Agreement.
Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Contractor a total sum of £[amount], payable in stages as specified in Schedule B, upon completion of specified milestones.
