Parties Involved:

Purpose of Data Sharing:

This Agreement facilitates the sharing of specified personal and non-personal data for analytical and research purposes in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Data Description:

The data shared under this Agreement includes anonymized customer transaction records, contact information, and behavioural data as detailed in Schedule A, which can be updated upon mutual agreement.

Data Use and Restrictions:

The Data Recipient shall only use the data for the purposes specified herein and shall implement appropriate security measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss, or breach. Data shall not be shared with third parties without prior written consent from the Data Provider.

Security and Confidentiality:

Duration and Termination:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
