Virtual Assistant Contract (UK) Sample

Parties Involved:

Service Provider: Jane Smith Virtual Assistance

Client: ABC Business Ltd

Scope of Work:

The Virtual Assistant shall provide administrative, scheduling, email management, and other specified support services as outlined in Schedule A, to be carried out remotely within the UK.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider at a rate of £20 per hour, payable monthly upon receipt of an invoice, with payment due within 14 days.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

The Service Provider shall perform the services diligently, maintaining confidentiality and complying with all relevant UK laws and standards of professional conduct.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

Additional Provisions:

  • The Client shall provide necessary information and access to facilitate the services.
