Service Description:

The services provided under this agreement include legal advice, document drafting, and representation in relation to the client’s specified legal matters within the United Kingdom, as detailed in subsequent communications.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay a fee of £2,000 plus VAT for the services described, payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Additional costs will be communicated separately.

Provider Responsibilities:

The service provider commits to performing the services diligently, maintaining confidentiality, and acting in the best interests of the client, in accordance with UK legal standards and professional conduct rules.

Governing Law:
