Parties Involved:
Service Provider: XYZ SaaS Solutions Ltd.

Service Description:
The provider shall deliver the SaaS platform, accessible remotely via the internet, including any associated support and maintenance, as specified in Schedule A.
Payment Terms:

Service Levels and Support:
