Sample Software License Agreement (UK)

Parties Involved:

Licensor: XYZ Software Ltd.
Address: 123 Software Park, London, SW1A 1AA

Licensee: ABC Technologies Ltd.
Address: 456 Innovation Drive, Manchester, M1 2AB

Scope of License:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software specified herein, subject to the terms of this agreement, within the United Kingdom.

License Fee:

The Licensee shall pay the Licensor an annual license fee of £X, payable within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Restrictions:

The Licensee shall not transfer, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the Software without prior written consent from the Licensor.

Intellectual Property Rights:
