Subject of License:

The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software described as “ABC Software Suite” within the United Kingdom, for the duration specified herein.

License Terms:

The license shall commence on ______________ and shall continue for a period of __________ years, subject to renewal upon mutual agreement. The licensee shall adhere to all usage restrictions outlined in this agreement.
