Parties Involved:

Client: ABC Corporation

Scope of Work:

The consultant shall provide professional advisory services relating to business strategy, marketing, and operational improvements as specified in Schedule A attached hereto.

Term and Termination:

This agreement shall commence on ___________________ and continue until ___________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Compensation:

The client shall pay the consultant an hourly rate of £150 or a fixed fee of £10,000, payable within 30 days of invoice submission. Additional expenses shall be reimbursed upon receipt.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the course of this agreement, and not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Governing Law:
