Parties:

Disclosing Party: ABC Corporation Ltd.
Address: 123 London Road, London, SW1A 1AA

Receiving Party: XYZ Ltd.
Address: 456 Queen’s Road, London, SW3 4DL

Purpose of Disclosure:

The Parties wish to disclose certain confidential information for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship or transaction in the UK.

Confidential Information:

Any information disclosed in oral, written, or electronic form that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential, including but not limited to business plans, financial data, and trade secrets.

Obligations of Receiving Party:

The Receiving Party shall keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential, not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, and only use it for the Purpose described herein.

Term:

This agreement shall commence on the date signed and continue for a period of 2 years unless terminated earlier by written notice.

Governing Law:

Additional Provisions:
