Purpose of Disclosure:
The parties agree to share confidential information for the purpose of exploring a potential business relationship and related negotiations.
Definition of Confidential Information:
All written, oral, electronic, or other forms of information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, whether marked as confidential or not, shall be considered confidential.
Obligations of the Receiving Party:
