Investment Description:
The investment pertains to shares in XYZ Development Ltd., located at 789 Growth Street, Manchester, M2 3AB, or other designated assets as agreed upon in subsequent negotiations.
Investment Terms:
The Investor commits to an investment amount of £500,000, to be transferred upon execution of this agreement. The Investor shall receive equity shares corresponding to the agreed valuation, with rights and restrictions specified herein.
